Transition-metal complexes can generate and stabilise radical intermediates, thereby enabling selective bond activation and catalytic transformations. Research focuses on understanding successive one-electron ligand-centered redox processes. Additionally, for metal-free catalysts, redox-driven one-pot-assisted C‒N bond fusion reactions are a focus of our research interest. These studies contribute to the development of sustainable oxidation and reduction catalysts.
